HelpSource operated 12 separate agencies dealing with substance abuse, teen mothers, abused and neglected children, foster children and many more. It had over 130 employees and nearly 1,000 clients. He also served on the Washtenaw Council on Alcoholism, and the board of directors of Spectrum Prevention Services in Ann Arbor.David earned his law degree, with honors, and a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan.
