She gave various workshops to adults and children on healing, yoga and wellness, before becoming certified as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Since publishing her first book “Stepping into Consciousness: A Guide to Living a Life of Meaning, Joy and, Abundance”, she continues to write blogs and share her teachings on her new radio show “On-Line with Nicky Rolland”. Nicky is available for personal coaching, and offers on-line tools in spiritual healing, growth, and transformation to help her students thrive in all areas of their lives.
