  • DOOR FRAME PROTECTION - The top of this pull-up bar is equipped with thickened foam to protect the door frame from damage, and the outside and inside of the pull up bar are equipped with foam handles, which can effectively prevent damage to both sides of the door frame
  • EASY TO INSTALL - The doorway pull up bar comes with an assembly manual and an assembly tool, so it will be easy to install and take away. The length of the pullup bar is 36", which fits any standard doorways width range from 23"to 31", the depth of the door head jamb should be from 4.7" to 7.5". It is fixed on the door via a lever. No drilling is required, so it won't damage the door. There are only screws for the product assembly but no damage to the doorway
