  • Only compatible with BMW vehicles with a factory-installed rain sensor using a dedicated, powered 3-Pin connector inside the original sensor cover. Vehicles without a rain sensor, with an integrated sensor and no separate plug, or other 3-Pin connectors that may fit, will NOT connect or power on. Note: Some 3-Pin plugs look similar but will not function—locate the correct rain sensor connector before installation.
  • This product is only compatible with BMW vehicles equipped with a 3-Pin Rain Sensor Port. Before purchasing, check behind your rearview mirror for a 3-pin connector — this is the only factor determining compatibility. You can inspect it by removing the mirror cover or looking behind the mirror for a plastic 3-pin socket, often used by the rain sensor. If this port is present, the adapter will plug in directly with no splicing or modifications needed
  • Rearview Mirror Connection: The adapter connects to a 3-Pin Rain Sensor Port (Hidden). Simply use the Mangoal Dashcam Power Adapter to convert from the 3-Pin Rain Sensor Port plug and connect it securely.
  • 3 Output Cables Included: Includes Mini USB, Type-C, and Micro USB cables, each providing 5V/2A output.Not compatible with barrel jack or RJ11 dash cams.Always check your dash cam’s connector type and power requirements before purchase.
  • Power Requirements: Ensure your dash cam or device supports 5V input and draws less than 2A.Using devices exceeding these limits may cause overheating or malfunction.
  • Usage Notes: Powers devices only when the vehicle is on – not suitable for parking monitoring. Power supply automatically starts/stops with your car ignition.
