Ann Steel MD, MA, LMHC has worked with parents, families and youth for over 30 years; as a family physician, an educator and now as a therapist specializing in video game and internet addiction. She has a private counseling practice in Bellevue, WA and spent three years as a therapist and assessment specialist at reSTART Internet Addiction Recovery Program in Fall City, WA. This is the first center in the nation to exclusively treat young men interested in a healthier relationship with technology. She has given talks and seminars throughout the Puget Sound region to parents, therapists and schools. Whether working with individuals, parents or groups, Ann is passionate about helping families find a healthy balance between the real and virtual world.
