Jarred E. Elmar is the managing member of The Geneva Group and the president and founder of Lextor Financial, a full service wealth advisory firm specializing in fixed investments and non-correlated asset classes for high net worth individuals. Mr. Elmar is a 5 time qualifying member of the million dollar roundtable, 3 of which were “Top of the Table” level, an organization for the top 1% of fixed investment advisors and insurance planners in the world. He is the former ethics chairman of the “Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors “(AIFA). Mr. Elmar has received countless awards and was asked to present his success in the insurance and financial services industry on a video presentation. This “Program in a box” has been used to train new advisors on how to succeed in the early years of the business. Major insurance institutions have used this presentation for their new advisors. Until recently, Mr. Elmar hosted a financial radio show on WSBR radio 5 days a week for 7 years strong. He has been featured on several radio talk shows to discuss how money works rather than how one particular investment or asset class may perform. His shows “Cashing In” and “Smart Money” were dedicated to the “no nonsense” approach of how money moves. He was a catalyst for many innovative concepts and investment alternative strategies that are now considered the “standard” in the financial services industry.Mr. Elmar currently sits on the board for the Broward County Jewish Federation as well as Woamtec, a national Woman’s business group.Jarred Elmar has over 14 years of real estate experience. Since 1998 Mr. Elmar and his partners have been acquiring and managing commercial real estate with over 1.3 million square feet of retail, multi-family and residential acquisitions to date. Mr. Elmar focuses primarily on neighborhood retail centers as well as Multi Unit (100+) Apartment complexes. Prior to 1998 Mr. Elmar was finance major at Kennesaw State, located in Kennesaw Georgia, where he focused on finance, economics and securitization. Mr. Elmar began his real estate career in the Atlanta Georgia Metro area, where he worked in sales and finance.
