I am a recently retired Psychologist. I had a private practice since 1985, first in Springfield, then Summit New Jersey. My practice consisted of individual and couples therapy, with adolescents and adults, covering issues of depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, grief counseling and stress management. In addition to therapy, I conducted programs on communication skills and business writing for local companies I also presented on mental health topics to many community groups.
Prior to starting my practice, I was the Assistant Director of the Counseling Center at the State College of New York in Buffalo, and also taught school in New Jersey for ten years.
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling at Indiana University in Bloomington in 1981. I earned my M.A. in Counseling in 1976 and my B.S. in Education in 1970, both at Seton Hall University.
