Jon Orr comes from a distinguished career dedicated to developing profitable growth strategies for companies as a C-level executive, certified public accountant and restructuring advisor. His successful track record at a leading class action and bankruptcy claims administrator and his passion for assisting companies reach their financial goals inspired him to create Class Action Claims Recovery (CAC Recovery) to help corporations maximize recoveries within anti-trust class action litigation.In partnership with co-founder Fred Brown, Jon developed CAC Recovery’s business model to bring a responsive, customer service-oriented philosophy to what traditionally has been a confusing and complicated process for companies. As founder and CEO of CAC Recovery, Jon oversees the company’s strategy, financial operations, business development and marketing.His past positions have encompassed nearly all aspects of corporate finance and organizational management. He previously founded Optimas LLC, which provides accounting, strategic advice and financial analysis services to help business leaders confidently manage their businesses. Through Optimas LLC, Jon Orr continues to advise C-level and senior executives at companies owned by Sun Capital Partners on improving operation and increase profitability within portfolio companies. Prior to that, he served as president and chief financial officer of KCC, a claim and noticing agent serving the administrative needs of companies engaged in corporate restructuring and class action proceedings. He previously held senior roles at AlixPartners, FTI Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he developed strategies to help companies reduce costs, increase revenue and improve performance.Jon holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from Creighton University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors and the Turnaround Management Association.
