Attorney Natalie Arbaugh is a Principal in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson, where she handles business litigation matters for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. A six-time honoree in the Texas Rising Stars list, Ms. Arbaugh focuses on cases involving qui tam/whistleblower claims, breach of contract, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret theft, employment discrimination, wrongful termination , and wage-and-hour collective actions. She has tried more than 20 cases as lead counsel or second chair, and provides clients with extensive experience in pretrial proceedings, complex multi-party actions, appeals and arbitration. A magna cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Ms. Arbaugh is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
