Rebecca L. Babcock, M.A. is a Ph.D. Candidate in Child Clinical Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Denver. She is a member of the Traumatic Stress Studies Group directed by Dr. Anne DePrince as well as the Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience program at the University of Denver. Her research interests focus on the impact of child abuse on intimate relationships, risk for revictimization and dating violence, and prevention programs for teenage mothers and their children. Rebecca was a graduate research assistant for the Healthy Adolescent Relationship Project (HARP) at the University of Denver (Principal Investigator: Anne DePrince, Ph.D.), a research initiative that implemented two distinct dating violence prevention programs with adolescent girls in the child welfare system.
