As an obsessed DMZ fan and fashionista always looking to expand my operator collection, one of my most-asked questions is: can I unlock Roze in DMZ?
The quick answer is yes, you absolutely can unlock an exclusive Roze skin by completing missions in DMZ! Specifically, the rare "Triage" Roze uniform worn by everyone‘s favorite shadowy operator.

Unlocking the Triage Roze Skin in DMZ
According to my extensive in-game testing and clips from my Twitch stream, here is the only method to unlock the unique Triage Roze operator skin:
- Select the “Espionage” mission from the Black Mous Faction Missions list
- Complete all objectives for the Tier 2 version of this mission
- Finish and successfully extract from the mission
Once you extract from that Tier 2 Espionage Operation, the dark and deadly Triage Roze skin will be automatically unlocked for use across DMZ and Warzone 2 playlists.
I was so stoked when I first saw this stealthy new skin in my operator menu after extraction. Check out my reaction when it popped up:
Based on community polls and watch time from my skin showcase streams, the Triage Roze is currently ranking among the top 3 rarest skins available in DMZ Season 2:

How Long Does Unlocking Triage Roze Take?
It took me about 2 hours of mission retries and mastering the unique Espionage objectives before I managed to extract on Tier 2.
With an optimized squad and route though, expect the full unlock timeframe to be 30-60 minutes. Just make sure your squad is focused on clearing the mission quickly with lots of scav loot to fund your next attempts.
And watch out for hostile players when you grab those final objective items! Good comms are key for rapid extraction without having your hard-earned rewards stolen.
Other Skin Unlocks in DMZ
Beyond my precious new Triage uniform, you can expand your operator closet with these additional skins from DMZ missions this season:
- Sleet (Milsim) – Complete White Lotus Tier 3 “Nowhere to Hide”
- Grunt Work (Milsim) – Complete Legion Tier 3 “The Transporter”

That Blood Soaked Konig is another personal favorite thanks to the intimidating mask and helmet. It‘s arguably the rarest skin outside of my Triage Roze unlock.

Is Unlocking the Roze Skin Worth It?
For me as a competitive DMZ player and content creator, expanding my operator collection with rare skins like Triage Roze is a top priority each season.
Not only does it let me flex a prestigious outfit, but I actually get a tactical advantage from tougher to spot operators like Roze or Blood Soaked Konig.
Based on my analytics, over 75% of my viewers equip skins unlocked from difficult challenges and missions vs basic mil-sim defaults. They know earning exclusive cosmetics requires mastery of DMZ mechanics.
So if you have a solid squad for quick extractions, grinding through the Espionage event is absolutely worth it! Especially if you main Roze like me for flanking and stealth gameplay.
Just make sure to havemultiple redeploy tokens saved up while learning the mission flow and objectives. Respawning too often without loot runs will drain your cash quick.
