Does Skyrim Anniversary Edition come with all Creation Club content for free?

As a passionate Skyrim player and content creator, I‘ve been eagerly anticipating the answer to this question. And after pouring through the details of what‘s included with the Anniversary Edition, I can definitively say no, not all Creation Club content is free.
