For those unfamiliar, a battle pass is a tiered system within COD games that allows players to earn cosmetic items, weapon blueprints, XP tokens and more simply by playing the game. There are usually around 100 tiers to progress through.
Warzone 2 uses a unique battle pass map system with sectors and rewards scattered across them. But the key point is that the battle pass lasts the entire season.
Based on past Call of Duty seasons, we can expect Warzone 2 seasons to average 2-3 months in length generally. This means battle passes do not expire and you have the whole season to unlock tiers!

That means we have just under a month left to unlock this season‘s battle pass rewards! I don‘t know about you, but I still have a ways to go before hitting Tier 100. Time to grind!
For comparison, Warzone 2 Season 1 spanned November 16th 2022 to February 15th 2023. So about 3 months in duration. Season 2 will end up slightly shorter at almost 4 months.
Rest Easy – Unlocked Battle Pass Items Remain in Your Inventory
I know it can be worrying to think of all that hard-earned progress being erased. Thankfully, I have excellent news!
Any and all battle pass cosmetics, blueprints, XP tokens and other rewards you unlock during a Warzone 2 season remain permanently in your inventory even after the season concludes!

So don‘t stress about saving them! My advice is use tokens early on higher tier items you really want. The auto-redeem will snag any lower quality stuff afterwards.
