With nearly 20 years of experience in franchise management, Dickison’s credits include helping to build two of the country’s top franchise brands.Prior to joining Home Helpers in 2007, Dickison was the Vice President of Operations for Sylvan Learning Center, where she was responsible for more than 1,000 franchise units worldwide. Prior to Sylvan, Dickison spent 14 years with Blockbuster, serving the last six years as its National Director of Franchise Operations.Dickison believes she couldn’t be happier with her decision to join the Home Helpers team. “This career gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives every day,” she said. “We strive to deliver the same exceptional care for the families we serve as we would expect for our own families – and for ourselves.
