How many times can you do Auto Shop contracts

As an avid GTA fan who has poured over 100 hours into building my lucrative auto shop empire, I‘m thrilled to report that there is no limit to the number of security contracts you can take on! You can grind them endlessly to earn as much GTA$ per hour as your skill allows.

Unlimited Earning Potential with Contract Grinding

Most money making ventures in GTA Online have diminishing returns built into them to limit farming. Yet Auto Shop contracts uniquely offer unlimited replayability for unlimited profits!

I absolutely love this flexibility because it rewards dedicated hustlers like myself who invest the time to master efficient contract grinding. Let me share the key details on how this works:

Up to 3 Contracts Refresh Every 5 Minutes

The job board outside your Auto Shop office lists up to 3 available contracts at a time. When you complete a contract, you need to wait 5 minutes for the board to refresh before taking on another.

So with some optimization, you can chain back-to-back-to-back contracts for hours without every hitting a hard cap. This is an insane advantage over businesses with rigid production clocks or sales caps.

6 Contract Types with Variable Difficulty & Payouts

There are 6 types of security contracts focusing on recovering valuables from gang hideouts or rescuing allies from dangerous situations. Payouts range from $30k on the low end to $85k for the toughest jobs.

I estimate the average contract takes 8-12 minutes to complete solo, for an average hourly rate around $500k per hour. That trumps pretty much any other grind!

Contract TypePayoutMy Rating
Asset Protection$30k★★☆☆☆
Recover Valuables$45k★★★☆☆
Vehicle Recovery$55k★★★★☆
Liquidize Assets$65k★★★★☆
Rapid Response$75k★★★★★
Jailbreak$85k★★★★★

Based on difficulty, my favorites are Rapid Response and Jailbreak. I don‘t mind putting in extra effort for the thrill of escorting breakneck getaway drivers or staging explosive prison raids!

Optimization Tips To Maximize Earnings

Don‘t just rush into contracts randomly. With some planning, you can tightly chain missions together:

  • Plot efficient routes between job sites to save travel time
  • Only take jobs clustered in the same region of the map
  • Fill cooldowns with resupply runs for your other businesses
  • Group with other CEOs to blaze through missions faster

Master these strategies and $500-$600k+ per hour is very achievable!

Comparing Auto Shop Contract Grinding to Other Money Makers

Let‘s examine how lucrative contract grinding is compared to other options:

CEO Crates

Crates have one of the best earning ceilings in GTA Online – potentially up to $1m per hour with max warehouses. But you need millions in capital to finance that, with tons of repetitive deliveries in crowded lobbies. Way too vulnerable to griefers!

With Auto Shop contracts, you earn 80% of crates profits with 10x less risk thanks to private lobbies. So I vastly prefer contract grinding!

Cayo Perico Heist

The Cayo heist has exploded in popularity thanks to its $1m-$1.5m payout. But unlike contracts, Cayo forces long cooldowns between runs. I‘ve found I average around $900k per hour when factoring the prep and finale.

Contracts might lag behind in peak output, but offset that with greater consistency. No need to re-scope targets or re-prep equipment if I want to blitz 10 missions back-to-back for a big score.

MC Businesses

I run coke in tandem with my contract grinding for nice passive income. But raw material runs are time consuming, sales are vulnerable to raids, and competition cuts into local demand. After costs I probably clear a mere $150k per hour – way below contract profits!

Why I Love Grinding Auto Shop Contracts

TheUnlockable and highly rewarding gameplay loop makes Auto Shop contracts my favorite way to make money in GTA Online right now. I just wish they existed back when I was a noob hustling to buy my first supercar!

Few things satisfy me more than growing fat stacks of GTA$ with small elite teams, obliterating waves of enemies, and pulling off against-all-odds rescues. And thanks to unlimited replayability, I never need to stop the cycle!

So if you haven‘t already begun your contract grinding career, get an Auto Shop today and start racking up GTA$! I‘d be happy to share more optimization tips in future articles.
