As a passionate RE aficionado, I‘ve played through the RE3 remake five times now on various difficulty modes. While I enjoy the refreshed combat and visuals, I do miss certain elements absent from the original:

• More puzzles to solve using Jill‘s lockpick
• Some key areas like the clocktower or graveyard
• Live selections impacting the story

The shortened length and streamlined direction feel more cinematic yet reduce replayability. Still an adrenaline-pumping experience nonetheless!

I also wish there were more clues hinting at Carlos‘ past or foreshadowing his commitment to heroism later on. His character development felt abrupt compared to someone like Leon across multiple games.

Could Carlos Cameo in Future RE Engine Titles?
