Conversely, at a relaxed exploratory pace while building an impressive home, taming a wide variety of creatures, and uncovering lore and caves, spent easily 200+ hours on the Island map alone. Pursuing Alpha Ascension across all ARK‘s four story DLCs could demand 500 hours for even seasoned veterans.
