• Special Operators – Very rarely, high-level human NPCs might spawn wearing partial or full X-02 suits. Killing them offers another chance to loot this armor, if you’re lucky!
• Buy Plans At Vendors – For Fallout 76 players, you can buy full X-02 plans from Samuel in Foundation after gaining max Reputation. Costs a hefty 6500 in Gold Bullion though!
