Why You Can‘t Squad Up With Friends in FIFA 22

FIFA 22 unfortunately still lacks proper cross-platform support which limits who you can squad up with. Additionally, NAT type conflicts, friends list caps, notification settings, and server instability at peak times compound matchmaking issues.
No Crossplay Between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC

Notifications and Status Set to Offline
Another simple but common oversight is having your online status toggled off in your platform or EA Account settings. To receive invites, you need to:
- Enable active/online status
- Turn notifications permissions on
- Allow game & friend requests
